Tasmanian Working Sheep Dog Association Trans Tasman Test

Tasmanian Working Sheep Dog Association is proud to announce that this year's Trans Tasman Test between Australia and New Zealand will be held at Aurora Stadium on October 4 2008. Each Country's team comprises four members and their dogs, who have qualified through their outstanding performances during the previous year.

This year the Australian Team has two Tasmanians. They are Bernard McGlashan and his dog 'Murph' and Malcolm Taylor and 'Floss'.

Make plans to come along and cheer for the Australians and witness the expertise of these handlers and their dogs as they compete with the age old rivalry of Australia and New Zealand.  The Top Ten Australian Open Handlers and their dogs will also be competing for the title of Supreme Australian Champion.
